Images created as a CD cover entitled 'neurosurgery for beginners'. Photoshop created image using a number of sources. Some of these are pictured below and a discussion of the techniques used.

An X-Ray of a deer spine found on the internet. The image was inverted and coloured. This was then mirrored and images added as an overlay.

An X-Ray of a Microsoft mouse, part of which was used in the centre of the image.

I thought of a number of images to add to what I had created, to add the sense of anatomy to the picture or a sense of measurement and study of anatomy. I chose the Vetruvian Man by DaVinci as his studies are some of the most well known.

The two sides were then treated differently to contain a narrative, which I shall leave up to the viewer to guess at.
