Hatstand Desktop Wallpaper

A wallpaper image created for desktop use by members of the Hatstand group. Having no real brief for the image I created this simply from the word 'hatstand'.

This detail is taken from the bottom of the image and was an experiment to create a type of light shaft or water reflected light feel to the piece. This is the first time I used this technique and was so pleased with it I have used it on other images later on.

The simple text was filtered many times to create much more interest than was available from the text alone.

 

The other elements within the image were all created from the same start element of the text. This achieved purely through Photoshop filter techniques.
